We want  to realize the framework in  this paper "Haixun Wang Wei Fan Philip S. Yu 1Jiawei Han,Mining Concept Drifting Data Streams using Ensemble Classifiers.     IBM T. J. Watson Research, Hawthorne, NY 10532." .
We will make use of Rapidminer's  data stream plug_in?   
Can anybody give some suggestion  about this work?
