NeuralNet vs. W-MultilayerPerceptron

Hello,
I am new in RapidMiner and I am trying to use it for classification task using neural network.
I tried to use NeuralNet operator and compare the results to W-MultilayerPerceptron operator. Settings for both networks were the same, but results are absolutely different and definitely not similar. Why? Is the problem in different implementation? If yes, I think, that result should be at lest similar.
Thanks for replies
