RCOMM 2011 - RapidMiner Community Meeting and Conference

Hi,

we are happy to present you the second RapidMiner Community Meeting and Conference (RCOMM 2011). The RCOMM 2011 will be held in at the Institute of Technology in Blanchardstown (ITB), Dublin, Ireland on June 7 thru 11, 2011.



Last year's RCOMM was a great success with more than 60 participants, many great talks, workshops, and training courses surrounding the conference. RCOMM 2011 intends to intensify the community life and strengthen the RapidMiner network by bringing together users and developers of RapidMiner from all backgrounds. The meeting encompasses tutorials, invited talks and presentations. Presentations can be about applications (processes, use cases, best practice recommendations) or descriptions of software packages building upon or extending RapidMiner.

Call for Papers

Presentations aim at researchers and practitioners using or extending RapidMiner for scientific or commercial use. Topics include analysis processes, use cases, success stories, best practice recommendations or descriptions of software packages building upon or extending RapidMiner. A special industry day covers practical applications of RapidMiner. Learn more about how to submit a paper to RCOMM 2011 at

We again got a lot of high-quality submissions from people worldwide and I am really looking forward to meeting the authors and the other community members for fruitful discussions and exchanging ideas.
 
Another important date is approaching: the early bird rate is only available until April 29th (this Friday!). Hence, you should register soon for the conference and make use of the up to 30% early-bird discount.
