PMML Consumer

I used Rapid Minor some years ago for exploratory research. With the addition of PMML capacity it becomes something I want to explore using for production operations.
Questions: Does RM provide a way to consume or execute the models it creates in PMML format? Or is there a software application out there designed to only consume and apply PMML models in a real time operational environment. A lot of my work is in investment management using very short term trading so speed and efficiency of execution are critical.
Any thought or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi,
in fact there are some applications that just consume data and PMML models. For example zementis (zementis.com) provides several performant PMML appliers.
But depending on your IT infrastructure I doubt, that it could be faster using PMML than deploying a RapidMiner Model as a webservice on a RapidAnalytics Server. How is your data coming in? And about which execution times are we talking? Milliseconds?
Greetings,
Sebastian
