It should be noted that Ingo, Magus and general pointy head, has just passed the 500 post mark and will therefore be awarded a complete new set of fingertips by the Henry Blowfelt memorial trust. Most mortals buckle under the pressure of insolence and ignorance from us lesser mortals, and are forced to seek remedial treatments at exotic Swiss clinics, or comfortable University posts. Not so Ingo, who manages to dispense wisdom and courtesy no matter how ludicrous the question might be.

So let's hear it for Ingo's 500 ....

Hip, Hip

I raise my glass too. I'm very grateful with the people at this forum for answering most of my questions (Ingo, Tobias, and others). I don't think I myself  would be as polite as they are with "some of us" :-)

Hi,

thank you guys!  Cheesy

I actually really like reading and answering the posts here. Not only because I can sometimes help others but also since your questions, comments, and feedback are guiding us in the development of RapidMiner. And last but not least I like the feeling that a community is building and others start to give help as well.

And if this is combined with a language which is worthy of a good piece of literature I enjoy visiting this forum even more  Wink So my thanks go back to all people participating in this forum!

Cheers,
Ingo

Making my 2nd post a hijack isn't the politest thing to do. On the other hand, from my humble experience of Rapidminer your contribution Haddock is a noteworthy one. Either speaking of help in this forum or your myexperiment processes yours is one of few nicknames I connect to Rapidminer community. Kudos

Thanks Marin, kind thoughts indeed and much appreciated. But my few contributions pale into insignificance beside Seb, Ingo and the the other RM staffers ( and they know what they are talking about! ).

Anyways, thanks again, let's all make greater efforts to make the world's best datamining resource even better!
