Author Topic: [SOLVED] Initial user name and password not working  (Read 343 times)

I've recently installed Rapid Analytics and have followed the installation guide, but the initial user name and password of admin and changeit don't seem to work.  Yes, I'm sure that my caps lock is off.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

look into your database. Has the table ra_ent_user been created? Is the admin user there? Did you try restarting?

Thanks Simon,

After several attempts at reinstalling all of the related software (MYSQL instance, etc.), I was able to login in successfully and edit the user information.  I'm still having some trouble connecting to the new database, but I'm going to work on it for a while, and I'll post a new thread if I can't figure it out.
