The number of incidents is unlimited and you can get hence as much technical support as you need without any restrictions. Support is provided through our web based helpdesk system. As part of the service level agreement we guarantee a maximal initial response time of 4 hours (2 hours for RapidMiner Enterprise Unlimited) during the local business hours. Workarounds or even hot fix builds are provides as fast as possible. The RapidMiner Enterprise Unlimited Edition additionally provides custom builds in non-emergency cases.
