Dr. Ingo Mierswa is the founder of Rapid-I and CEO of Rapid-I Germany.
He has several years of experience in project management, human resources management,
consulting, and leadership including ten years of coordinating and leading the
multi-national RapidMiner developer team with about 50 developers and
contributors world-wide.

Giuseppe Taibi is CEO of Rapid-I North America. Prior to joining Rapid-I, he held executive positions at Quitnet, WEGOHealth, and Soundtracker Radio. Taibi began his career as the founder of Altoprofilo, which focused on the design and implementation of innovative web services for business and consumer markets. While there, he was also a founding member of the International Council at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

Andrew Dinsmore is COO of Rapid-I North America. Prior to joining Rapid-I, he was a Managing Director with Elmscroft LLC, a financial and operational management consulting firm. Prior to founding Elmscroft, Dinsmore served as the CFO/COO of the M&A advisory firm Stuart Lammert & Co, and was the M&A lead for technology, aerospace and defense. He has also been a consultant with the BottomLine Group and A.T. Kearney. Dinsmore began his career as a spacecraft systems engineer for Spar Aerospace.

Ralf Klinkenberg is the co-founder of Rapid-I and CBDO of Rapid-I Germany.
He has several years of experience in project management and consulting
including projects for large companies in the automotive industry, the
telecommunications sector, and the financial sector as well as for diverse small and
mid-sized companies in different branches.
