Testimonials

"I have encountered various learning environments, but none so broad, powerful, and easy-to-use as RapidMiner / YALE. Many of us who are not skilled in programming are thankful."

YALE Team in Berlin: Rapid Prototyping for Ubiquitous Data Mining

We presented YALE in the KDubiq poster session which took place in the city hall (Rotes Rathaus) of Berlin, Germany. The poster title was "YALE: Rapid Prototyping for Ubiquitous Data Mining" and we presented YALE together with the Distributed Data Mining plugin as a rapid prototyping environment for distributed and ubiquitous learning tasks. In parallel to the poster presentation, there was a live demonstration of the YALE system.

We would like to thank all visitors for the very nice and interesting discussions. In the picture on the right you can see YALE developer Ingo Mierswa explaining new features of YALE. In the picture below you see parts of the YALE team.

The 17th European Conference on Machine Learning (ECML) and the 10th European Conference on Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (PKKD) were a fantastic event. Next year the ECML/PKDD will be located in Warsaw, Poland and we will surely visit it again.
