For the open-source software RapidMiner (formerly YALE) (GPL), several different ways of support are provided including a user forum, support trackers, feature request trackers, and a bug tracker. We use a mailing list for interested users in order to announce new releases or other important RapidMiner issues. Of course this support is as free as the usage of RapidMiner itself.

 

Beside these possibilities, the professional users of RapidMiner have access to a premium support service which guarantees a quick support, solutions and fixes for all issues regarding RapidMiner.
