Data Management & Manipulation: Load and Transform your data

Data Management & Manipulation: Load and Transform your data

The most important aspect of successful data analysis is the transformation of the input data into an appropriate format for modeling. In many applications the data has to be extracted from multiple sources, transformed, and aggregated into a format in which the data eventually has to be analyzed. Specific solutions for those transformations often referred to as ETL (Extract Transform and Load) exist, but there is actually no need to employ any other tool: All necessary data transformation aspects are supported by RapidMiner, what we call analytical ETL.

This webinar will demonstrate how you can use RapidMiner to perform those analytical ETL tasks like

  • merging data from multiple sources
  • performing joins, unions or intersects
  • calculating aggregations
  • rotating your data by pivoting
  • and other preparations of your data for analysis.

  • Since the number of participants is limited, we recommend an early registration.
  • The webinar is laid out for 90 minutes.
  • The webinar will be held in English language.
  • The instructors are professional data analysts with years of practical data mining experience with RapidMiner.
  • The login details for the webinar will be send three working days before the webinar date. A registration is possible until 4 hours in advance at the latest.
