Evaluates how well items are distributed over a set of classes.

Class Summary

ExampleDistributionEvaluator	Evaluates flat cluster models on how well the examples are distributed over the clusters.
GiniCoefficient	Normalized Gini Coefficient.
SumOfSquares	Calculates an item distribution measure by summing up the squares of the fraction of items in each cluster.
